Generous circulation zones, visual connections across levels, and a central stair promote movement and interaction, encouraging informal exchange while maintaining functional efficiency. Transparency is used strategically to maximise daylight penetration and maintain a strong sense of connection throughout the floorplate. Materially, the project adopts a restrained palette of concrete, glass, timber, and soft finishes, allowing texture and proportion to define the space. Integrated planting and carefully considered lighting introduce warmth and comfort, supporting wellbeing and long-term occupation. The result is a workplace that feels calm, adaptable, and distinctly contemporary — an office environment designed to support collaboration, focus, and the evolving needs of a modern practice.
